Located on the east bank of the Hudson River in Westchester County, Croton Point Park sits just off Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, New York — conveniently positioned about halfway between New York City and Poughkeepsie.
Getting to the festival is easy whether you're traveling by train, car, or rideshare.
By Train (Recommended)

Metro-North Railroad – Hudson Line
From Grand Central Terminal (NYC): Take Metro-North’s Hudson Line to Croton-Harmon
From Poughkeepsie and points north: Take Metro-North’s Hudson Line to Croton-Harmon
Croton Point Park is located just one mile from the Croton-Harmon Train Station.
Free Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle will run continuously between Croton-Harmon Station and the festival entrance for easy arrival and departure.

Amtrak service is also available directly to Croton-Harmon Train Station, offering a convenient and scenic way to travel.

Important:
Rideshare vehicles will not be permitted inside Croton Point Park on event day.
All drop-offs and pick-ups will take place at Croton-Harmon Train Station, where a free shuttle will transport attendees to and from the festival.

Prefer to stretch your legs? The festival entrance is approximately 1.25 miles from the train station.
By Car
Croton Point Park is approximately:
1 hour north of New York City
1 hour south of Poughkeepsie
Follow posted signs for Hudson River Music Festival upon arrival in Croton-on-Hudson.
Driving Directions
From New York City & Points South
Take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) west to NYS Thruway Exit 9 (Tarrytown).
Proceed north on Route 9 for approximately 10 miles to Croton Point Ave exit.
Follow signs to the festival.
From Upstate New York
Option 1:
NYS Thruway (I-87) south to Exit 16.
Drive east on Route 6 through Harriman State Park to Bear Mountain Bridge.
Turn right to Peekskill, south on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave exit.
Follow signs to the festival.
Option 2:
South on Taconic State Parkway to Exit W18 (Underhill Ave.)
Take Route 129 west to Croton-on-Hudson
South on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave exit
Follow signs to the festival.
From New England
Take Merritt Parkway or I-95 South to I-287 West
Continue to NYS Thruway Exit 9 (Tarrytown)
Proceed north on Route 9 approximately 10 miles
Exit at Croton Point Ave and follow signs.
From Long Island
Take Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway
Merge onto I-287 West
Continue to NYS Thruway Exit 9 (Tarrytown)
Proceed north on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave exit
Follow signs.
Alternative Route
From I-287, take Saw Mill River Parkway north
Continue to Route 9A north → Route 9 north
Exit at Croton Point Ave and follow signs.
From New Jersey
Take George Washington Bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (I-87)
Continue to I-287 West → NYS Thruway Exit 9 (Tarrytown)
Proceed north on Route 9 approximately 10 miles
Exit at Croton Point Ave and follow signs.
